You may select and request your website template by logging into the CSSDAR Members’ website, then selecting State Committees, then Volunteer Information Specialists (near the bottom of the page). On this page you will see information about CSSDAR websites in general, small thumbnails of the available templates, and a link at the bottom of the page - New Chapter Website Request. When you click on that link, the Chapter Website Request Form will display. Using this form you will give the VIS Committee pertinent information about your chapter webmaster and VIS Chairman. You will also tell us which template you have selected and what optional information you would like included on your site.
