The Contact Us page is intended to be a place where the viewer can see links and information that will help them contact various chapter entities. Some chapters choose to list their officer names and titles here. While it is not required that all officers have emails listed, you should give a contact email for the chapter regent and the registrar or another membership contact. Please, leave the NSDAR information as it is shown.

The template includes a basic listing of chapter officers. The intention is to list the office and the name of the officer holder, with an email link on the officer’s title. It is not necessary to have emails for all of the officers listed. Do not include phone numbers for officers. If you do not want to list all of your officers, just delete the appropriate rows.

It is also required that you show a picture of your officers. These may be individual pictures or a group picture of the chapter board.

To add email links for the officer titles, follow these steps. 

  1. Open the editor by clicking on the editing icon.
  2. Highlight the text which will become a link.
  3. Click on the Insert Link icon to open the dialog box shown below.
  4. Type in the link. Since you are linking to an email address, enter the address, such as officersname@email.com. When you click on the “Insert” button, you will get a message asking if this is an email address. Click “OK.”
